2. Delivery Area

Weariny ships across Tunisia.
International shipping may involve additional fees and delivery times depending on the destination.

3. Delivery Times

Average delivery time is 2 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
Times may vary depending on:

• product availability,

• customer location,

• chosen carrier.
  Delays will be communicated to the customer.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed before checkout and depend on:

• product weight and size,

• destination,

• delivery option.
  Some promotional offers include free shipping.

5. Receiving Orders

Customers must check their package upon delivery.
In case of damage or error, they must notify the carrier in writing and contact contact@weariny.com within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Customers have 7 days after delivery to return items.
Conditions:

• items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging,

• prior return request via email,

• return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless vendor error.

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 10 business days after inspection.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• underwear, swimwear, customized or discounted items.

8. Liability

Weariny is not liable for shipping delays or losses caused by carriers.
Vendors are responsible for dispatching their own products.
